The Spanish Honor Society (also known as la Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica) will return to VHS after an 8 year absence. Our first introductory meeting will be Friday, January 6 at lunch in Mrs. Gold’s room (D-25). The honor society is open to all students who have completed 3 semesters of Spanish with a 3.5 or above. Members should still be pursuing Spanish studies. The earliest anyone can qualify is the second semester of Spanish in sophomore year. It is a service club, so community service projects will be developed.

Anime Club - a club for the purpose of making friends with a common interests. Activities include heated discussions, debates on different genres of anime, and exploration of asian cultures. Every Tuesday during lunch in E8. Come and join.

Book Club – a club for a purpose of meeting new friends who love reading. Activities include reading new fiction, discussions about books, posting reviews on the VHS Library Blog, using some 2.0 web tools, and more. Meetings twice a month on Wednesdays during lunch in the library. Join us!
